Blister packaging line - DPP260K-ZH120
The Blister-Cartoner Line by Jornen is combined with the DPP260K Blister Machine and ZH120 Cartoner. It is used for processing common solid dose products and all types of forming material. The machine is capable to operate for 180 minutes due to its Blister module with forming material reels of up to 600 mm in diameter and waste material trimming cutter. Since this line adopts transfer belt to connect the blister machine and cartoner, it provides easy changeover for different sizes of formats and cartons. The DPP260K blister machine has a machine power of 9.6 kw. It also has a dimension of 4200 x 740 x 1700 mm, and 1800 kg weight. The ZH120 Cartoner has machine power of 1.8 kw. It also has dimension of 3500 x 1500 x 1800 mm , and 1200 kg weight.
