The Multifill F540 from IMA Industies, is a filling system that is suitable for different products, such as shampoos, health and skin care lotions, detergents or viscous products. With 12 dosing units, the F540 can generate an output of up to 400 pcs/min, and a dosing capacity of up to 300 ml.The filling circuit of the machine has 2 components, a vessel and a manifold for product feeding and valve, syringe or nozzle unit. For fast and convenient cleaning and maintenance, the filling unit can be separated from the feeding one just by loosening a single screw.
The Multifill F540 is ideal for applications that needs independent dosing machine, and can be integrated with a variety of closure types.
