This stainless steel balcony construction high speed labeling machine is developed to work either as a stand alone or in-line unit. It is an automatic self adhesive labeling machine used place labels on bottles, vials, or other round containers. Key features include and outlet and rejection start wheel with vacuum system, positive transport of vials via variable pitch vertical rollers conveyor, roller quick release system, memorization and auto-change of up to 24 different labels. The unit also provides label dispensing on a brushless motor drive. It is managed by a PLC with fail-safe logic. Automatically rejects errors.
