Fitted with more than one labeling station, Opera pressure sensitive is a labeling machine that guarantees perfect application of one or multiple self-adhesive labels on the same container at a very great production speed. It is furnished with HS04 labelling station that dispenses self-adhesive labels at a velocity of 120m/min. It is an ideal machine for installation on linear as well as rotating labelling machines. The wedge shaped station makes it a perfect machine for rotating and linear applications, and allows installation of different labelling stations simultaneously. It guarantees a MASTER SLAVE function without any break. It also permits the machine to function without stop even if there are any anomalies or label reel replacements.
The Opera pressure sensitive system is furnished with a camera to control the quality of labelling, servo motors for proper rotation of the containers, optical orientation system and prints variable data.
