PLC controlled fully automatic labeling machines are for labeling pharmaceutical cartridges and equipped with multi-functional label dispensers for self-adhesive label dispensers.
Some machine model, can run as a stand-alone machines or integrated into production lines between machines upstream and downstream. Some machine models can be equipped with an additional code-top application station for color coding of the cartridges. It can be customized with the following equipment: label code scanners, printers, batch print check systems, label-on-container check, labeling repetition, discharge or sorted traying of rejects, conversion for labeling ampules and vials, label web splicer to eliminate downtime during label roll replacement.
