Checkweigher - PCW-3
The check-weigher facilitates control of the weight of packaged products that will be carried on conveyor belts. Packages weighing less or more than the set weight will be taken off the conveyor either manually or by air-operated devices. The measurements are recorded for reporting. The system can have one belt or three for infeed as per application needs. This also applies to the weighing and outfeed belts. The three-belt check-weighers are chosen when the requirement is to separate the products from each other and have them organized at exit. Check-weigher is easy to install and use. It has a user-friendly interface and it has become an ideal tool for quality control departments.
