Case sealer automatic / hot melt glue - max. 3 200 p/h | Innopack CV
The fully automatic Innopack CV enables the reliable sealing cartons as a complement to the Innopack PPZ packing machine and the Innopack CA carton opener. This highly effecient carton sealer develops an operating rythm by utilizing the run-through principle, which allows all operations to be accomplished as the carton passes through the system, without stopping. Depending on the length of the cartons, the Innopack CV can acheive a throughput of up to 3,200 cartons per hour.
The CV glues the carton lid with hot melt and seals it closed with extreme precision. A centrally driven conveyor belt moves the cartons along with perfect belt synchronization, allowign the CV to achieve particularly high speeds and levels of efficiency. The CV is able to maintain it's high throughput levels even at higher machine speeds without sacrafficing reliability.
