The W30 automated machine is used for the the packaging of products in square, round and oval shaped cardboard boxes through the process of wrap around system. Additional features include device for the packing of multiple layers and system for packaging of products in trays.
The machine can be equipped with various options based on the requirements by the client. It has a system for the lateral flap closure to produce box sealing without any openings. The unit is equipped with the necessary automatic functions such as product feeds by the motor driven belt, formation of the product, magazine for flat blanks, plus suction cup pick-off system.
The product is the inserted into the carton. The box is then locked around the product using a hot met glue gluing system, with the output on the out feed.
