The MT2 is a practicably engineered device that provides excellent services in the lifting and transferring of glass products. The pneumatically-driven suction device offers an excellent substitute for conventional manually operated hand cups. The lifting and transporting operations are rendered extremely fast and easy by the suction lifter. The ultra-compact MT2 incorporates a dual circuit and can efficiently handle maximum loads of 135kg. It is capable of lifting and transferring diverse material products such as plastic, glass, coated board, sheet metal and ceramics. It can be used in plants as well as on location. It is an extremely handy piece of equipment in the construction, rail, manufacturing and automotive industries.
The device can be placed and used either in the vertical or horizontal position by tilting it manually at 90-degrees. It is equipped with an in-built vacuum pump that requires zero maintenance. Low vacuum alert is conveyed by an audio-visual indicator. The suction lifter incorporates a 12V battery, battery power guage and an integrated 110V/240V charger. The device is VGL03-compliant. Use in rain is not recommended.
