This hoist ring is made of tempered or stainless steel. It is available in two finishes, a stainless steel natural or a black oxide-coated finish. Several vital dos and don'ts should be followed when fixing the swivel eye bolt. Care should be taken that the bush flange and supporting face have no space washers in between. Furthermore, it is important that the prescribed limit of the countersink diameter for the thread is maintained. The screws should be tightened according to the approved torque. When the screws are tightened perfectly, the ring should be tested to see whether it can swivel and turn without restraint in the entire 360-degree spectrum. Screws should be checked and re-tightened intermittently.The assembly key should also be fixed cautiously. It has to be inserted into the hoist ring through the holes provided for that purpose. The hoist ring has to be tightened as per the prescribed torque while maintaining the optimum countersink diameter. Lifting of loads should be conducted vigilantly, with no forceful impacts, while adhering to the permissible load limit marked on the hoist ring. The safety data list can be bought separately.
