Metso and European supplier Sobemai have combined to introduce Equilibrated Style Cranes to the North American market. Equilibrated Style Cranes are designed to easily manipulate bulk materials up to 1,000 TPH. These units can be barge mounted, crawler mounted, ship mounted, or pedestal mounted. The modular design facilitates ease of construction; they can usually be erected in 3-4 weeks, reducing construction costs. They are low maintenance, and energy efficient. They can be easily modified from bulk to cargo unloading. These units offer the lowest cost per ton unloading systems available. Orders can consist of equipment only, or complete turnkey crane systems. In addition to use for general cargo, these cranes are ideal for use with handling scrap metal, containers, limestone, cement, grain, potash, aggregate, gypsum, ores, bauxite, woodchips, and coal.
