The Sandvik HF-series of standard belt feeders is suitable for use with materials that require moderate internal cutting properties, including coal, metal concentrates, lime, Fe-pellets and various rocky materials. A beneficial feature of the HF-series is that they can be assembled in numerous ways thanks to the modular structure to suit the application in use. These standard belt feeders are available in a range of different sizes and with a number of different drive sizes allowing them to handle a wide capacity range (59-4000 MTPH), in addition to bulk densities and different material sizes. The wide capacity range is easily adjustable, very reliable and silent when in use. HF-series units also have low dust raise and can be used with applications that require accurate feeding. All Sandvik HF-series belt feeders are very simple to assemble and install, and very easy to operate. There is a large range of standard modules and components buyers can choose from that can then be tailored to suit the desired application requirements.
