Roller conveyor
Loads weighing up to 300 kilograms (661 lbs) can be transported with the Rexroth TS 5, a powered roller conveyor that can be used as a simple, fast and cost-effective solution for long production lines. The modular design of this transfer system is pre-assembled, and the components can all be combined. Direct transport of the products can be done on a continuous roller track, they can be also transported on a workpiece pallet if needed. The TS 5 has use in rough production environments, thanks to its well-rounded construction. It differs somewhat from traditional chain conveyor products in that it can be used in machine processes as well. The king shaft of this transfer system offers impressive advantages, including zero-noise operation, maintenance-free, and energy efficiency.
