The C100 loaders feature a special structure of venturi pick-up wand, guaranteeing affordable use of compressed air and can be smoothly deconstructed for cleaning purposes if desired. The material id dispensed into the hopper via powder covered, cast aluminum cyclone. Relay air is exhausted via a Polymax rigid plastic dust filter that can be instantly detached for cleansing with an airline or water jet.

Additionally, the regulation section is reversely mounted for user ease and consists of power on and loading signal lights as well as intrinsic diagnostic error indication LEDs. A solenoid valve, mechanical-drain filter and link nozzle are fitted to the rear portion of the regulation sections.

Moreover the C100 loaders are equipped with Venturi pick-up wand, 3m / 10ft of adjustable pipe, is pre-wired, ready for use as well as a Deduct level sensor for general on-off transfer.
