Dense phase pneumatic conveying system / discontinuous / aspiration - 307 kg/h | 2415 series

The 2415 venturi loader can be accessed in two different models for basic keep total conveying or loss-in-weight (LIW) feeder refill applications. Additionally it features several dispense valve versions as per the application and components to be fed. Loaders for keep-full applications are attached with a gravity gate dispense valve.

The loader cycle draw cycles of components until the inductive presence button on the gravity dispense gate is in the locked position or an indication from a secondary indicator is detected. This ensures that the hopper underneath the loader is kept full. Loaders structured for loss-in-weight feeder refill applications are inserted with a level sensor in the body and need a slide/orifice or butterfly valve.

Moreover, the loader pulls the component until it is full and awaits the signal to unlock the dispensation valve.
