colortronic presents CSK 05 vacuum conveying system. With the help of CSK 05 vacuum loaders, the system allows conveying of free-flowing pelletised plastic materials straight to the processing machine. The loaders combine with the central conveying system. Optionally, a high abrasion resistance version is available for conveying highly abrasive materials.colortronic hopper loaders provide uninterrupted, 24-hour operation. They conform with European "CE" standards. They have a sturdy, stainless steel construction. This ensures high abrasion and corrosion resistance. They operate without filters. Also their construction is modular with a hinged lid. This provides flexibility to accommodate changing process needs.
CSK 05 allows fast and easy material replacements and cleaning. This results in minimum process downtime. A sight glass is used for indicating material level. The hopper loader has large LEDs for displaying operating conditions. These are shown as on, demand, conveying, alarm.
