It is a clear, productive unit where the magnetic cores are picked from stainless steel grid tubes as the contaminated waste falls away. The ease of cleaning grid magnets are highly capable at eliminating the tiny-size of iron contamination from dry smooth products like sugar, grain, tea, plastic granulate and powdered chemicals. They are integrated into present process lines at goods outlet points and the product transfers along the grid. The grid's powerful magnetic rods detect and attach any contamination present. It it pushed to the underside of the rods, where it is held, clear from the wash-off effects of seamless product flow. The grid's are easily established and have no power and upkeep except from cleaning. Once in position, the working operation begins.
