Tension levelling line

Tension levelling line
Fagor Arrasate S.Coop. Tension levelling or ABT means bearing upon the strip of metal sheet to traction force required to transcend the stress produced by fibers and lengthening with continuous malformation of strip. This process differentiates the traditional levelling from tension levelling with the use of multiroll levellers where it is much more leveled. Depending on the required traction, traction bridles can be supplied with 2-4 rolls which will permit extreme strip traction. With respective settings, the bridle is goaded by an electric motor where a leveller is betwixt. A single set of levelling rolls would be enough for either soft or thin materials.
