Production line for blanks - max. 25 000 kN
In order to process shaped blanks from master coils, cutting lines with press are extensively used in the auxiliary and automotive sectors. These lines are provided on bolsters of up to 6000x3000 mm with presses of up to 25,000 kN.The electromagnetic or vacuum stackers have high-precision levellers with four, five and six heights and are computer controlled. The washing and re-oiling of systems is incorporated and edge trimming may be incorporated. They provide automated strip tail processing.
The cutting lines are completely controlled by computer and feature quality control, an automatic coil feed and diagnosis. They can be utilized for stainless steel, pre-painted steel, aluminum, exposed and non-exposed materials, carbon steel and other metals. Tailored blanks or lines specialized in cutting 05 plates can be provided as can swinging dies.
