Pallet changer for machining centers - max. 2 000 kg, 60 - 80 mm | CPS
The CPS is a pallet changer series used for machine-tools and production lines. The series is completely self-governing and mechanical. CPS is cam driven and changes the uniform input rotary motion to an ordered series of rotary and intermittent motions of the shaft where the actual pallet pick-up arm is located.The synchronous motion of the CPS pallet pick-up arm allows the typical pallet changing cycle of lowering, rotation and lifting. The cycle is controlled by the lone cycle-end switch. The CPS is known among customers as having quality features as well as simple construction.
It has direct transmission of motion that is based on mathematical motion laws that give repeatability and precision of the positioning. It also features a self-locked in station as well has jerk-free and smooth movement and silent transmission. It has a high load capacity and simple mounting, as well as reduced maintenance.
