Coil feeding line for presses
This computer-controlled unit is used with stamping machines with cutting, transfer die and progressive operations, and is fitted with stackers for discs and blanks. The unit is for stainless steel, aluminum, exposed and non-exposed carbon steel and other metals. Available with electromagnetic and vacuum stackers with four, five and six heights of computer-operated high-precision levelers. Operators can introducing edge trimming and re-oiling and washing systems are featured. Automated processing occurs on the strip tail. Lines can be set for compact or long and a piloting option is available for progressive dies.
