Modular loading and unloading system for sheet metal processing - max. 3 000 x 1 500 mm
Euromac punching machines with automatic loading/unloading system has a compact, yet strong, design with no disassembling needed for transportation. It can also be shipped along with the MTX FLEX in a single container.
The system can be quickly installed with ease. The system needs to be aligned with the MTX FLEX, provided with electrical connection, and cared for the compressed air supply of 6 bar. The machines have maximum dimensions of 3000 x 1500 mm, minimum dimensions of 500 x 200 mm, thickness of 0.5-6 mm and can handle maximum weight of 250 kg.
The pallette station while loading can handle maximum load of 3000 kg, maximum height of 300 mm, and has an adjustable suction cup pattern. For unloading the maximum load capacity is 3000 kg, maximum height is 400 mm. The raw sheets are loaded on the upper table, while the processed sheets are unloaded on the lower table.
The machines feature magnetic blocks, shaker system, air blow, and automatic sheet thickness measurement to avoid double sheet loading.
