The Fully Automatic Dual Channel Sensor Counter 1000-5200 is equipped with a detecting system, which can count and fill all standard and irregular shapes and all sizes of tablets, capsules, caplets, and soft gels with 99,9% accuracy. The machine is made from stainless steel material, and also includes a touchscreen feature, which is easy to use. The machine combines 16 counting channels, and has a dual-track conveyor, where the bottles are moved to the high speed filling station that is equipped with a dual-nozzle.
The unit has 16 vibrating tracks, and also has a capacity of 1000 to 5200 pcs/min. The machine has a dimension of 1800 x 1550 x 1750 mm and a counting range 15 to 9999 pieces.
