Conveyor belt fastener - max. 20 N/mm
For light duty belts:Removable splice without any metal piece and with approximately the same color and thickness as the belt.
Without a rotating axle.
High working tension.
No problem with metal detectors.
Material:
Polyurethan or PVC fabric reinforced and two polyacetal pins.
PVC in white, black, grey, green or blue or on request.
PU in White FDA 177 2600, green or blue or on request.
Installation:
By welding the fastener in the belt with a vulcanizing press after spliting the belt and inserting the fastener between the plies of the belt. Final connection with two polyacteal pins.
Packaging:
Delivered in 1.000 mm length. Can be assembled side by side in order join a wider belt.
The Polyacetal pin are available in 10 m rolls.
Stainless steel pins available in 3 m length (10'ft).
Accessories:
Cooling set and ply separator machine.
Connecting pin in stainless steel up to 3 m long.
