Mecasonic's generators boost the efficiency of your tooling and thus of your production.Our 20, 30 and 40 kHz ultrasonic generators offer power ratings of 500 to 4000 Watts.
Two categories of generator to cover your needs:
- single-head generator: portable unit with a single output for timed or continuous operation.
- multi-head generator: portable unit with two outputs for multiple-head applications.
Our generators analyse the power requirements of acoustic stacks to ensure optimum welds.
Our DG System generators feature multiple controls to produce high-quality welds. The Duo version can power up to two gun welders or one gun welder and one mini welder.
Simple to use, self-powered and smart, our DGM Machine version is designed for standard Omega III welders.
Every Mecasonic digital generator is equipped with a latest-generation ARM7, 9 or 11 microprocessor (currently the most powerful) and a high-level FPGA (Xilinx XC2S30) that is used when high calculation speeds are required (aviation, etc.).
