Benchtop spot welder - 301
The Model 301 is a mid-range benchtop model that is ideally used for heat staking, thermal insertion, swaging, degating and date stamping. It features a unitronics operator interface that provides full positional feedback for software control of beginning and end of stroke signals. It also has discrete, full-function temperature controllers with ramp, soak and self-teach mode, and dual palm buttons with two hand anti-tie-down. It also features a temperature control monitoring with alarm, post cooling capabilities and a shuttle control. It can accommodate 3/4 ton to 1-1/2 ton with four ball bearings on two hardened steel shafts that includes macro and micro adjustment features for platen height. It also has a 20" maximum working height without upper and lower tooling and a 6" bore and 4" stroke.
