The Model 201 is a thermal processing device manufactured by Emerson. Created with a basic benchtop style, it is suitable for a wide variety of applications including heat staking, thermal insertion, swaging, degating and date stamping. Some of its features include a unitronics operator interface/controller, temperature control monitoring and alarm, dual palm buttons, macro and micro adjustment specifically added for platen height, and flexible hydraulic rate control.
