Infrared welding machine
These rapid infrared welding machines provide non-contact heating. Parts are headed using short-wave infrared radiators. This device is suitable for use on vibration welding machines and also on horizontal two-stage hot plate welding machines. It can additionally be used for IR welding functions. Melts no longer stick to the hot plate due to the presence of the complex technical plastics included.
These devices provide a higher temperature resistance that was previously unavailable. No unwanted particles are created during the friction phase of these devices. They can also strike an excellent energy balance due to the optimized radiator sources that are activated only during heating processes. Rapid and accurate movements are facilitated by the presence of a servo motor drive press that is included.
