The light cure adhesive in this product series was manufactured by industry leader 3M and is the ideal solution for various industry applications, including commodity engineering thermoplastics, mainly due to its ability to cure rapidly, especially when exposed to visible light or UV.
The rapid cure time, along with the one-part structural adhesive chemistry, reduces the cycle time of the assembly. Note that this one-component unit comes with low viscosity and can also be used for microelectronic assembly, along with lamination, rigidizing, wire tacking, potting and encapsulation of electronic components.
