Paint changer painting robot
Coating processes carried out by a robot with different RWA1 spray guns for small and large scale serial productions use KRWS. Easy media changes and application of paint from a broad range of different jet geometries and extensions from the Krautzberger series is supported. Externally positioned pressure containers or Krautzberger series pumps attached to the machine supply material for the RWA1 machines. A circulation design for an external supply is possible. The coating robot couples precisely with the machine that is needed for the spray coating process as specified by the running program as individual spray guns are positioned in the change/storage station in the respective storage compartments.
