Powder injector
PI-P1/PI-F1 Powder Injector is developed by WAGNER to provide highly precise dosing and uniform powder dispersion in a wide range of applications in different industries.This injectors are equipped with a PTFE nozzle tip that prevents powder deposits inside the equipment. Since coating powders are naturally abrasive, the components of PI-P1/PI-F1 are easily replaceable ensuring continuous operation. These injectors are typically used in flushing operations and powder feed. They have been quality tested and calibrated to handle different kinds of powder materials. Several modules can be integrated to the injectors with a specific area of control to suit the specifications of an application.
