Having an internal powder supply (IPS), they feature lightweight, flexible low-voltage cables that experience less wear in robotic applications. Furthermore, they offer a wide range of coatings such as solvent-based, waterborne, waterborne emulsions, high-solids, two-component materials, metallic, and 100-percent-solids liquid coatings.
They have 3 different cups - the finned, smooth, and the MicroFin™ cup. The finned cup provides for an excellent quality finish and is usable for a wide range of paints and coatings. The smooth cup is more suitable choice for thicker coatings like emulsions and most water-reducible coatings. Lastly, the MicroFin™ cup provides finer atomization for higher viscosity coatings.
