The LC/LK/LY/LN series manufactured by Hitachi high-tech, is a wet process system for the 6th and 7th generation of large glass size substrate. It provides high throughput and increases the accuracy of transfer. It also features an air knife that is optimized for fast transfers and it also lessens the LCD process chemicals and pure water.
