The products in this series represent a complete solution for wet processes for the fifth generation. The wet process line is able to realize cleaning, organic solvent, wet alkali and wet acid processes for a large fifth generation glass size substrate.

In terms of the actual features, the product supports a maximum size of 1,200 x 1,350mm and comes with a 20% reduction of the LCD process chemicals used during operation. The high throughput and combination of the various kind cell's BBS adds flexibility and ease of use to the product.
