It has three different sizes, such as 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm and 1.6 mm. The cutting discs that have 2.0 mm disc thickness exhibit increased lateral stability, stiffness and service life. Since the disc has is thin, it allows quick cutting with low force and optimum saving of time.
The unit is suitable for high speed steel up to 1200 N/mm2, alloyed quenched and tempered steels up to 1400 N/mm2, alloyed case-hardened steels up to 1400 N/mm2, alloyed tool steels up to 1400 N/mm2, wear-resistant structural steels up to 1350 N/mm2, and spring steels up to 1500 N/mm2.
