The Nordson A20A prototype is a spray and airless gun for fast coating operations. It is equipped with a solenoid for fast reaction and reduces the air lines. It has a removable seat for assemble and disassemble of the parts in a short time. The fast cycle and electronic spray gun is made of stainless steel and water-based lacquers. It utilizes Nordson Controlled-Pattern or Cross-Cut nozzles for balanced coating. It has a direct and automatic trigger for better component savings, and it has no seals or cartridges to minimize the support requirements.
