Nordson PF 60 V slot applicators provide high production flexibility in post forming treatment by enabling easy adjustment in the range of 10 to 60 mm (0.4 to 2.4 in). They have an integrated ruler and adjustment wheel, which enable fast and accurate changes to adhesive coating width. A closed system enhances bonding quality and removes airborne contamination. A superior adhesive control and accurate control of temperature lowers material consumption.
They feature a scale for accurate read out for coating width and an adjustment wheel. This combination increases the speed of set-up and changeovers. Both left-to-right or right-to-left operating directions are possible with a reversible mouthpiece.
They enable application of EVA or reactive hot melt adhesives with reproducible quality of product.
