BRUSH RESEARCH has abrasive disc brushes which have proved the leading choice for in-machine deburring, edge radiusing and surface conditioning applications. Made of the highest quality, these abrasive brushes have a proven record of creating consistent quality and producing cost effective results. The tools are easily integrated in automated machinery, CNC machining centers, robotic cells and transfer lines. Dot style disc brushes can be used for general purpose edge deburring and surface finishing. The Dot brushes are economical for light deburring applications when short cycle times are required. The Turbine style disc brushes are used for medium and heavy deburring.
