Welding gantry - 0.2 - 1.9 m/min | MechTrac series
The MechTrac Series of welding automation products from ESAB UK, are compatible with A2 welding equipment for either SAW or MIG/MAG for a welding station, or for TIG and Plasma for other welding methods. Since the MechTrac is made as a gantry, they are usable for all gantry covered workloads and applications. This also opens the feasibility of I-, T-, or L-beamed, tapered beam, or columned welding profiles. Also, they are available in 4 workpiece-size dependent versions. Their differences vary in the width measurements, particularly 1.73, 2.10, 2.50, or 3.00 meters width in between the legs. Moreover, it utilizes a 3-meter railing as well as a 220-kilogram workload capacity.
