Articulated robot / handling

Articulated robot / handling
GUYSON The Robotic Component Manipulation is a device which enables specific blast nozzle angle, nozzle distance or offset, and surface speed to be maintained throughout the blasting process cycle. Custom end-of-arm gripper tooling that integrates the protection of wear-sensitive assemblies and the component masking features may also be built according to customized orders.

The component-manipulating robot may be positioned in two ways: it may be found in an antechamber between the load station and the blast enclosure, protected by an abrasion-resistant suit that is engineered according to the required range of robotic motion; or it may be placed outside the blast machine, with parts that allow the articulated arm to reach into the blast chamber and present the component to the controlled blast.
