DATRON PR 0500 is a Volumetric Dispensing Machine which has a small workshop. It can be called a new generation constant-volume dispensing system. At its heart, it has exchangeable dispensing heads which can offer a range of different adhesives. It also has special DATRON accessories like CAD/CAM software and module clamping systems, the productivity and set-up times are reduced drastically. High process reliability is offered through further features like automatic nozzle compensation. Very high process reliability is possible with automatic nozzle compensation or the XYZ sensor and repeatability when dispensing critical components.
