Janome Sewing Machine Janomes JR2000NE Series Position Error Detection Desktop Robot reduces defects by finding them when they occur. Using built-in optical encoders, the JR2000NE detects position error step-outs* in the robots stepping motor rotation and stops the robot until the problem is corrected, preventing further defects and reducing work waste. With the position error detection function, initialization is not needed, reducing tact time.

The JR2000NE also has the same advantages as its sister model, the JR2000N Series:
--3 and 4 axes types for various applications, including screw-tightening, dispensing, PC board cutting and soldering.
--CP (continuous path) and PTP (point to point) movement
--Rigid aluminum alloy construction and micro-step control for stable operation
--Optional teaching pendant for easy programming

*Step-out = where the revolution of the stepping motor and the input pulse signal become out of sync due to an overload, sudden speed change, etc. Step-outs cause position errors which in turn cause manufacturing defects.
