The Janome JR-V2000 Series is ideal for tightening the tiny screws used in the manufacturing of cell phones and other hand-held devices. Based upon our popular JR2000N series, the three-axis JR-V2000 is can perform complicated movements and jobs. With micro-step control, the JR-V2000 consistently tightens screws to the precise location and depth you set. Building upon 20 years experience in the desktop robot field, the JR-V2000 uses the same operating software as the JR2000N Series, so creating and modifying your own programs is easy!--Available as a complete set with an M1.2 electric screw driver and time-saving automatic screw feeder device included.
--Compatible with screw sizes ranging from M1.0 to M2.0, maximum torque 0.2N (2kg/cm).
--Sensor device detects screw pick-up misses and temporarily stops the robot.
