Cartesian robot / sprue picker - 50° - 90°, 75 - 450 mm | SP-450F-IV
The SP-IV F are pneumatic sprue pickers which portray the first step to IMM's automation. It has an extraction period of less than 0.6 seconds on average. It may optionally be integrated with a vacuum generator which enables an affluent extraction between the right part and the left part. The extraction of sprue is ensured in every cycle. The segregation of the part and the sprue, on the other hand, remains definite without an aid of visual checks.
