The UNITOP F5200N is a bench-top gantry that can be used either as a gantry system or desktop. With its versatility, users can create their own workstations. Where the product really stands out is its ability to create a working area of its own, allowing the system to be mounted on a variety of work surfaces. Any platform requiring this type of mounting will benefit from the F5200N, as it provides open access beneath the robot.
Additional applications include adhesives, filling, coating, plotting, form-in place gaskets and conveyor-fed automation. The robot consists of a teach-pendant, articulated gantry and control module, and has a working area of 200 x 200mm or 8 x 8". It can also be installed in work cells with a slave robot operation.
