Automatic silk-screen printing machine for flexible tubes complete with 24-station indexing turret, available up to 9 working stations. Each module is driven by a servo motor which works synchronized with the mechanical rotation of tubes. Quick format change-over controlled by computerised self set-up which does not need the use of any tools. Control of all machine functions and accessories installed, by a PLC with digital Bus Field system. UV curing through special sealed lamps for reducing the emission of heat, with electronic control through the PLC of the machine. Maximum mechanical speed 120 ppm.
