Ink curing unit by UV - 4000S2
This device is suitable for the UV Ink printing cure on cylindrical substrates or bottles that are round, oval or flat bottles. By simply adjusting the light angle, it can be applied in the UV Ink printing cure of curved or flat substrates. It features a conveyor and its distance can be adjusted. The device can be used by applying half light or full light tubes. The inside heat of curing chamber can be vented using the exhaust system on the top of the machines. Its conveyer speed is 0-10m/min while the range of its printing speed is 1800~3000Pic/Hr. The maximum product length and width is 320mm and 400 mm respectively. Its UV lamp power is 4 Kw.
