The INOX MARK is designed for the purpose of marking stainless steel and a variety of other metals in effective and defined manner.The device incorporates a simple and economical procedure to make instant indelible markings within a few seconds and is capable of being integrated into large-scale production line.The system of electro-chemical marking provides mechanical resistance from abrasion and plastic deformation along with chemical resistance that are far better than the traditional screen printing and laser systems.The markings also enable corrosion resistance to the marked part as compared to the bare metal. The marking solutions used are free from solvents, acids or hazardous substances making it an ecological mechanism at the same time allowing the possibility of making large logos without any heat production even on small thickness without any deformation.The logos obtained are quite similar to that obtained through laser mechanisms.The presence of the kit printer facilitates the use of multi-use screens or to create disposable screens while its high degrees of stability make them capable of being used in areas such as food processing and pharmaceuticals as well.
