Vacuum thermoformer / for plates / automatic - In Line
Basically developped for refrigerator industry. This type of machine is built of several stations in sequence.These may be from 3 to 7 in order to raise production rate to the highest levels. Overall productivity can be further raised if option for fast tool change is chosen. Each machine can be customized, and can be specified to suit any thermoforming task.
The complete thermoforming line includes:
Automatic loading and centering (of sheets or from reels)
Chain or gripper transfer systems
Preheating
Heating
Forming
Trimming
Punching
Unloading
To improve further productivity, forming station can be equipped with a vacuum/cooling bell applied to the upper platen that helps to lock the sheet, pre-draw it through aspiration, and form with a plug assist.
With the forming bell the following technologies are available in the line:
Vacuum forming
Female forming
Pressure forming
Several solutions are available to customize forming area and product drawing and improve production rate.
