Twin-sheet thermoformer - R series
The R Series Pressure/Twin Sheet Rotary Thermoformer is the most accurate and repeatable multi-station pressure and twin sheet rotary thermoforming equipment on the market. Via load/unload, heat and form stations, a horizontal rotating wheel is able to index the sheets which have been cut to size. As well as the numerous thermoforming processes on the vacuum equipment, the thermoforming machines also offer twin sheet, pressure and in-mold trimming capabilities in order to make the thermoformed products with quicker cycle times, complex configurations and in exceptional detail, with the least possible deviation at higher pressure.
The high pressure models benefit from having high watt density energy efficient ovens and controls, an air bag or hydraulic squeeze system, high speed electric direct drive platensystems, non-proprietary computerized control, bayonets located with precision, numerous clamp frame options, electric gear rotation, and high flow thermoforming machine pneumatics. These are all available to meet precise requirements.
